Complete Court Marriage Process without a lawyer's help
Court marriage ka procedure aap bina lawyer ki madad ke bhi kar sakte hain, lekin har stage mein thoda technical knowledge zaroor chahiye hota hai. Yahan mein aapko ek general step-by-step process samjha deta hoon, jo aapke liye helpful ho sakta hai.
Step 1: Documents ki Taiyari
Pehle aapko apne aur apne partner ke kuch documents ready rakhne padenge:
Age Proof: Aapka aur partner ka birth certificate, school leaving certificate, ya passport.
Address Proof: Aadhar card, voter ID, ya passport.
Passport Size Photos: Dono applicants ke 4-4 photographs.
Witnesses ke ID Proofs: Aapke case mein 3 gawahon ki zaroorat hogi. Har witness ke paas valid ID proof hona chahiye.
Step 2: Notice of Intended Marriage (Form fill karna)
Special Marriage Act, 1954 ke tahat aapko marriage registrar ke office mein "Notice of Intended Marriage" fill karna padta hai.
1. Ye form aapko apne local marriage registrar office se ya online state government ki website se mil sakta hai.
2. Form mein apne aur partner ke personal details ko fill karein aur 3 gawahon ke signature bhi lein.
3. Ye form submit karne ke baad registrar office ek notice lagata hai, jo 30 din ke liye hota hai. Agar is dauran koi objection nahi aati, toh aap aage ka process shuru kar sakte hain.
Step 3: Affidavit Banana
Affidavit mein applicant ki taraf se kuch statements mention karne hote hain:
1. Age Confirmation: Dono parties ke age 18 (ladki ke liye) aur 21 (ladke ke liye) honi chahiye.
2. Marital Status: Dono parties single, divorced, ya widow/widower hone chahiye.
3. Willingness: Dono parties apne free will se shaadi kar rahe hain.
4. Affidavit ke liye aap kisi notary ya first class magistrate ke paas ja sakte hain.
Step 4: 30 Days ke baad Document Verification
30 din ke baad, aapko marriage registrar ke office mein wapas jaana hoga aur apne documents verify karwana hoga.
Aapke documents ki original copies le kar jayein aur verification ke liye submit kar dein.
Registrar verify karne ke baad aapko marriage ki final date dega.
Step 5: Court Marriage Ceremony
Aap aur aapke partner ko 3 gawahon ke saath registrar office jaana hoga:
1. Yahan registrar aap dono se shadi ki confirmation lega aur 3 gawahon ke saamne marriage register karega.
2. Shaadi ki confirmation ke baad aapko ek marriage certificate milega jo legal proof ke roop mein kaam karega.
